Calleva BRC Passed

Calleva have achieved a Grade AA certification in our recent BRC Food 7 audit, we are pleased to report.

Maria King, Quality Manager at Calleva said: “We are very proud to have achieved the top grade possible in BRC 7 for the second year running. Everyone at Calleva continues to work to the high standard expected and required and we are delighted that the standard continues to be met year after year.”

The BRC Global Standard for Food Safety 7 certificate has been developed and continues to be updated to reflect the latest thinking in food safety worldwide. The standard provides a framework for food manufactures to assist them in the production of safe products and to manage quality to meet customer requirements. Version 7 has continued the British Retail Consortium / BRC’s emphasis on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)- based food safety programs.
